Breeze Terrace

Breeze Terrace is a versatile dual-level Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) crafted for a multi-talented creative, event planner and floral designer.

The downstairs functions as a workshop and event space for intimate gatherings, bathed in natural light from large windows that blur the line between indoor and outdoor living.

Upstairs, a bright and airy rental unit offers a treehouse-like feel with expansive views of mature trees scattered throughout the property.

Tucked discreetly behind a historic home, Breeze Terrace provides a beautiful and inspiring environment to live, work, and create.
