Houston Triple

The challenge for the Houston Triple houses was to design a memorable façade for a house that is so long and skinny that only the street facing volume can be seen. The solution was to use the simple tenets that make good architecture – scale and proportion. Creating two volumes, one dominant and the other subservient, the design creates a rhythm when three houses are repeated closely together.
