Andrea Osborn Ginder supports Forge Craft Architecture + Design as Director of Marketing & Operations, bringing a multidisciplinary background in architecture, affordable housing, client service, operations and the performing arts. Her work strengthens the firm’s day-to-day coordination, external visibility and client-facing communications.
Andrea began her career in Austin as one of the founding employees of Sixth River Architects, where she served as office manager for six years and gained firsthand experience in the systems, relationships and pace of architectural practice. She later spent more than two decades working with an affordable housing asset management company, including a long-term role supporting its owner, where she managed relationships across vendors, contractors, residents and high-end clientele.
At Forge Craft, Andrea connects people, stories and systems. She supports marketing initiatives, client relationships, office operations and internal coordination, helping translate the firm’s values and design approach into clear, human-centered communications.
Andrea holds a BFA in Acting from Webster University and a master’s degree in Legal Studies from Texas State University. She serves on the Board of Directors for Austin Playhouse, performs in theatre and film projects, is active with Eanes Independent School District and is a passionate advocate for animal welfare, arts education, and Texas public education. Raised in San Antonio, she lives in Austin with her husband, Scott, their two children and three fabulous dogs.
