Base Concept

Base is a prefabricated volumetric concept house created by Forge Craft with the intent of being installed on lot sizes that are typically found in the city of Austin and that adhere to the city’s strict Mcmansion single family zoning code. The modules are designed using standards common to the modular construction industry. It is our hope to make progressive design available at a cost that is attainable by a majority of Austinites.
