Crest Steel

An existing, outdated, 3,264 sf office building needed, with spill over being accommodated with temporary office structures needed to grow and bring the office under one roof. Our approach introduced clerestory windows, a courtyard, and screening systems – together bringing in an ample amount of controlled light. These systems and design concepts began at the early stages of modular layout, allowing for an expressive design, through use and emphasis of the very material Crest Steel creates and manages.
