Reliance Metal Center

This project ties multiple new and existing components together, for a new office building for Reliance Metal. A new, 8,138 sf modular office building creates a new center of operations, while it’s siting provides a new courtyard, renovated surrounding offices, and accommodations for both workers and clients. The modular approach allowed for strategic clerestory windows, and HVAC/MEP system integration.
