Cheatham Street Flats

A 143-unit, 234-bed student housing mixed-use development, Cheatham Street Flats will be a landmark project at the nexus of innovation in student housing, and progressive prefabricated modular design and construction methods. The structural system supporting the podium is pre-fabricated and the residential units themselves are built off-site and delivered to the site fully finished. The design of the building’s MEP systems are also designed to utilize off-site fabrication methods. The building itself provides 143 residential units in San Marcos, Texas. The building construction includes a concrete podium separating the residential component from the parking and commercial spaces. Common space amenities & leasing office as well as approximately 190 parking spaces and 5,000 square feet of commercial ground floor shell space round out the facility.
